Russian Far East, 9. VI. 1927, 1♀ (type) (A.A. Stackelberg); vicinity
of Monakino, Sikhota-Alin, Ussury region, 25-30. VI. 1931, 1♀ (A.
Kurentzov). ♀. Body large for the subfamily, robust.
Antennae with basal seven joints shortened, not longer than broad,
8th joint half again as long as broad, the rest about twice as long
as broad. Occiput and vertex quite horizontal, flat; fastigium with
low but distinct longitudinal keel in the middle, with rounded anterior
margin. Pronotum finely granulate, practically smooth, without additional
longitudinal keels on the disc; the length of the anterior part
of the pronotum before shoulder angles subequal to maximum width
of the same between shoulders. Valves of the ovipositor relatively
short and thick; upper pair very broad, about three times as broad
as the width of the lower pair near the middle. Coloration
uniformly dark greyish-brown, without velvety black spots or fasciae.
Antennae brownish-yellow. Legs with indistinct dark spots. Wings
infumate, except a narrow stripe along anterior margin. Length
of body, 15.4; pronotum, 15.0; greatest width of the pronotum, 4.1;
length of hind femora, 7.4 ㎜.
