담색방울벌레
Pteronemobius gorochovi Storozhenko 2004


몸길이는 약 7-9 ㎜이며 전체가 광택이 있는 적갈색이다. 산지형은 다소 검은 빛을 띤다. 주로 축축한 풀밭이나 논밭 주변, 습지 부근에 살며 '쓰-으, 쓰-으' 하고 낮은 소리로 운다. 성충은 8-11 월 중에 걸쳐 연 1회 나타나며 러시아에도 분포한다.

Pteronemobius gorochovi Storozhenko 2004 Long-horned orthopterans of the Asiatic part of Russia: 214, figs. 495, 514, 558-564.

Holotype - ♂, Russia: Primorskii krai, Kamenushka, 8. IX. 2001, S. Storozhenko leg., deposited in Institute of Biology and Soil Science (Vladivostok).

Description. Body small, robust. Head not flats, slightly narrower than pronotum (near hind margin). Interspace between antennal sockets in male equal, in female 1.25 times broader than width of antennal socket. Pronotum trapeziform, broadened towards the posterior margin. Ventral margins of lateral lobes of pronotum with rather shallow excision. Male tegmen extending nearly to the tip of abdomen, in female tegmen reaching the middle of hind femora. Male stridulatory organ without oblique veins. Hind wings absent (in forma macroptera well developed, surpassing the tegmen on 5-6 ㎜). Fore tibia with large oval external tympana, internal tympana reduced. Hind tibiae dorsally with 4 external and 4 internal spines; male internal apical spine considerably widened near the base. Ovipositor 1.5-1.6 times shorter than length of hind femur, apex of upper valvae serrate. Apical lobes of epiphallus and apices of ectoparamers long, narrow, smooth. In lateral view the width of apical parts of epiphallus and ectoparamers is equal.

Body dorsally lustreless brown; ventrally- yellow-brown. Head light brown, occiput with 3 shining dark stripes; maxillary palpi brown. Disc of pronotum light brown, lateral lobes of pronotum dark brown. Tegmen blackish-brown, sometimes in female with weak light stripe around flexion. Legs light brown, unicolour. Abdomen brown, sometimes in female with two rows of light spots dorsally. Ovipositor brown.

Length of body male 6.8-7.7, female 6.7-7.6; pronotum male 1.4-1.5, female 1.4-1.8; tegmen male 3.1-3.8, female 2.6-3.5 (in macropterous specimens 4.4 ㎜); hind femur male 4.6-5.0, female 4.8-5.5; ovipositor 3.0-3.4 ㎜.

Remarks. During long time new species was confused with P. nitidus (Bolivar, 1901), but according to original description the female (holotype) of latter species is characterized by more short ovipositor.

Distribution. Russia (south part of Amurskaya oblast and Khabarovskii krai, Primorskii krai), Korea.
